HSRA Website Privacy disclosure:

1. Information collected on children under age 13 on this website will consists of Name, Email address, Phone number and Age. The information will be used strictly for Registration for an Entry Level United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Course, User Request for Soccer Referee Information and Referee Registration with the USSF.

2. Usage of email addresses and phone numbers will be used for notification of Referee Clinics, Referee Soccer Events and provided to USSF Certified Assignors for Soccer game assignments.

3. Email addresses will not be provided to third parties or advertisers.

4. Parents reserve the right to request or OPT out of our email mailing system at anytime.
