Our Mission and Commitment

We are your State Referee Organization for USSF Soccer in Hawaii.
The USSF Federation is the governing body for Soccer in the United States with State Referee Organizations nationally.
USSF is a member of FIFA, and is responsible for governing amateur and professional soccer, including the men's and women's
national teams.
The USSF is responsible for sanctioning referees and soccer tournaments for most soccer leagues in the United States
We are a volunteer organization that provides the following services to
the Hawaii Referee Program:
Representation to USSF National
USSF Certification
Annual Recertification
Monthly Training Sessions
Annual USSF Training Sessions
Referee Assessments
Referee Upgrades
Referee selection to Regionals, Nationals and ODP Tournaments
Training for Referees, Assignors, Instructors and
Assessors
